Stage 01

Concept Engineering & Load Calculations

We perform precise heat load modeling, electrical transformer & DG sizing, water balance calculations, and NBC fire risk assessments based on architectural floor plans.

Stage Deliverables: Heat Load Sheets, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Water Balance Chart, Utility Connection Matrix.
Stage 02

3D BIM Coordinated Modeling (Clash Detection)

All mechanical ducts, electrical cable trays, plumbing stacks, and fire sprinkler lines are integrated into a single 3D BIM workspace to resolve spatial collisions before concrete pouring.

Stage Deliverables: 3D Coordinated Model, Navisworks Clash Audit Report, Spatial Clearance Matrix.
Stage 03

Good For Construction (GFC) & Zero-Padding BOQ

Detailed GFC floor plans, section cuts, shaft details, and itemized Bills of Quantities (BOQ) are issued to keep trade contractors honest during tendering.

Stage Deliverables: Full GFC Drawing Set, Tender BOQ, Technical Specifications Document, Vendor Comparison Matrix.
Stage 04

Site Commissioning, Testing & Fire NOC Audit

Our engineers conduct periodic site inspections, pressure testing audits, electrical thermal scans, and final commissioning support for smooth IMC Fire NOC clearance.

Stage Deliverables: Site Audit Reports, Commissioning Certificate, As-Built Verification, Fire NOC Clearance Docket.
